New scientific research, such as the theory of polyvagal, reinforces the central importance of the inclusion of the body in the healing of many mental impairments. Especially in sex therapy, this opens up new, more effective ways to treat psychosexual concerns.
Psychosomatic sex therapy includes not only elements of classical conversational therapy but also methods of body therapy. In my practice, I work with the following procedures:

The procedures of Sexocorporel and Psychosexual Somatics are comprehensive body-oriented sex therapy methods. For body-oriented work, I suggest wearing expansive or stretchy clothes. The possibility to change clothes is available on site.
